What Do You See?

Most people see an angel above the lady on the couch. 

This picture was taken by her son during the Christmas holidays in 2004.  It had been four weeks since her husband and soul mate had passed.  Her son, Elmas, came to visit because he was worried about her with the recent loss.  She had spent many months as the caregiver for her best friend and he was worried that she might follow her late husband.  For a couple of days he had been trying to get a picture of her on his cell phone to show when she would call.  She is a bit camera shy and kept blocking his attempts.  They had gone back to her house to rest for a bit.  While Mrs. Cross lay reading her bible on the couch, Elmas saw his opportunity.  What appeared on his phone shocked and amazed him.  Looking across the room, he saw dark curtains with a heavy valence across the top.  A small triangle of light was all that shown through.  but, the image on the cell phone was unmistakably an angel.  In that moment, he knew she would be fine.  She was being watched over.

The picture is a bit grainy and pixely being taken from an early cell phone, but has created an amazing journey for the "Angel Lady".
